1. Who we are
The Airtable Toolbox (“the Shop”) is operated by Abundantly Productive, organization number 926 739 883, Skogfaret 43, 4900 Tvedestrand, Norway. Contact: [email protected].
By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Shop.
2. What we sell
The Shop offers:
- Digital products, such as Airtable base templates and related guides.
- Free resources, such as free Airtable templates, provided in exchange for your email address.
- Workshops and quizzes, live or recorded.
- Custom services, such as one-on-one Airtable base builds, agreed individually.
All prices are shown on the product page at checkout, in US dollars (USD), including VAT where applicable.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are processed through our checkout (powered by SureCart on WordPress). Payments are handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if there is a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if so.
4. Delivery of digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically, usually immediately after payment, by download link, template link, or invitation to a shared Airtable base. You can also find the links to your purchased Airtable templates at any time by logging in to your Dashboard on our website. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct. If you do not receive your product, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it.
You need your own Airtable account to use Airtable templates. Airtable is a separate service with its own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for changes Airtable makes to its product or plans.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Digital products. Under Norwegian and EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right is lost once delivery has begun if you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout we will ask you to confirm this.
Because digital products can be copied once delivered, we do not offer refunds after delivery, except where required by law or where the product is materially defective and we cannot fix it.
Workshops. If you cannot attend a live workshop, a recording will be made available to you. If we cancel a workshop, you can request a refund if applicable, or choose a place at a rescheduled date where one is available.
Custom services. Custom builds are governed by the scope, price, and timeline agreed in writing (proposal, quote, or email). Unless otherwise agreed, 50% is payable upfront and the remaining 50% on completion. The upfront payment is non-refundable once work has begun. If a custom project is cancelled before completion, the remaining 50% is waived if it has not been paid, or refunded if it has. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed with your consent.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
6. License and permitted use
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business or personal use. You may customize it for your own use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the product or its templates, in original or modified form, give access to people who have not purchased it, or present it as your own work. For custom client builds, ownership and handoff are as agreed in writing.
All intellectual property in the Shop, including the designs, structures, guides, text, logos, and branding, remains with Abundantly Productive.
7. Free resources
Free resources are provided as-is and are covered by the license and permitted use in section 6. If you sign up for a free resource, we will send you the resource and, only if you agree, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
8. Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping any login details safe and for the accuracy of information you provide. Do not use the Shop for unlawful purposes or try to interfere with its operation or security.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our products are tools and educational resources. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and we do not guarantee specific business results.
We take care in building our products, but they are provided as described without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Please back up your own Airtable data. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy [link].
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be announced on the website.
12. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer, you also have the mandatory rights of the country where you live. Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve any issue. Norwegian consumers can also contact the Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget). If a dispute cannot be resolved, it is subject to the courts of Norway, Agder District Court (Agder tingrett), unless mandatory law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
